After one year, as long as you have an active subscription and account you will only need to pay the shipping cost for returning the timers. If you request that a service technician come to your home or business to swap timers out, then you will incur a service fee from the service company of your choice. That service fee will be at the discretion of your service company and is independent of SmartTimer.
